Now, would we go back? If we do visit Chicago again we probably would go back just because you can smoke, unless IL passes a new law in their Casino's. She did not let us know up front the drinks were not complimentary. But, being a Total Rewards holder and visiting locations in PA and NJ and being use to 'complimentary' drinks, it was a shock to hear the cocktail server ask for $18.00 for 2 drinks. The fact you could smoke was a nice feature. We would say not enough ticker redemption machines. The staff at the Total Rewards counter were some what happy to be at work. Plese being a 'Total Rewards' holder we thought we would get some sort of special guess treatment being that we live in MD. We didn't like or enjoy the fact you can't smoke in the IL casino's, but you can here at the Horseshoe. Figured we would drive down and visit Horseshoe Casino since it was so close. We were staying in Chicago for the Holidays.
